Most types of Industrial equipment produce noise. Typically this is caused by engines, motors, gearboxes or any other moving parts. Constrained layer dampers or sandwich metals used in carefully selected areas can lead to large reductions in the noise generated. The Noise Data Survey graph shows the reduction in the noise levels.
